New Code table in CCB 2.3.0 that has a language table
I spoted a new code table that has an associated language table. This info is in the release documentation, but just wanted to highlight it as when one is looking at installing or updating the different languages from an older version of CCB one needs to add this language descriptions.
The Table is C1_ISS_CTR_L i.e. Issue Centre Language table. An issuing center should be configured for each location that issues bills.
