ORMB 2.2.3 SP1 (build 27064) has been released patch #13839785. Per the install notes you will need to install the TUGBU FW 2.2.0 and service pack 8 at a minimum. Included are the list of fixes with this SP, as well as support for IE8 for RMB 2.2.3.1. Please review the release notes.
