ORMB2.2.1 SP1 has been release via patch #9362920 for Windows (AIX is patch #9362934 an Linux is patch #9363944)

Before I installed this patch, The Base Product is at the following levels : ORMB 2.2.1 with FW 2.2.0 SP3.

Before doing the upgrade, good standard practices should be to backup the application server folder as well as performing a full backup of the database.

In order to upgrade to ORMB V2.2.1.1 (SP1) the following needs to be applied to the Base ORMB Application:
1) FW Pre requisites FW SP6 patch #9322470 (This is a SQL only patch, known as the “V1SP1 patch”)
2) FW SP6 patch #9042811
3) Additional post SP6 FW single fixed patches: patch #9073699 and patch #9114541 in this order.
(For patch #9114541 you will need to install the patch mentioned in my previous blog on installing OUBI 2.2.1 SP1
here are the details:
i) Install FW SF patch #8845615 , as part of this patch a co-req 9032599 has a SQL portion.
ii) Install FW SF patch #9014351
iii) Install FW SF patch #9069631
iv) and finally FW SF patch #8793321.)
4) 3rd Party Upgrade of Hibernate 3.2.5 to 3.2.7 (See Appendix B in the Upgrade Guide)
5) and Finally : ORMB 2.2.1 SP1 patch (patch AIX #9362934,Window #9362920,Linux #9362944)

In Order to Upgrade the Database for ORMB to get to the ORMB V2.2.1.1 (SP1) level the following needs to be applied to the database:
(please note a sample Database dump has been provided at this latest release level for Oracle 11g)
1) FW Pre requisites FW SP6 patch #9322470 (This is a SQL only patch, known as the “V1SP1 patch”)
2) FW SP6 patch #9042811 (SQL portion)
3) Additional FW single fixed patch #9073699 and patch #9114541 in this order (no SQL in these patches other than co-req 9032599 SQL portion.)
