Yesterday, Oracle released CCB 2.4.0 SP1 Cumulative November 2013 Hot Fix Rollup on my oracle support. Check out patch #17672112. The rollup patch contains both CCB and FW single fix patches both for application side as well as database. The rollup contains 27 FW patches and 38 CCB patches. ( of which including 7 FW patches and 18 CCB patches that have database components)

Actually the install process via perl SPErrorChecker.plx shows 38 CCB patches and 27 FW patches, however, per the documentation README.txt file the rollup has 44 CCB patches and 36 FW patches. (i.e. there are a few co-req installed)
